In life, how to improve your unhealthy living habits?
Do not like sports. Often stay up late. I especially like drinking water and eating vegetables. I feel uncomfortable without drinking a lot of water every day. I can eat no meat every day. But I really feel bad without vegetables. I don't know how to form this habit. I love drinking water and eating vegetables since I was a child. I used to have a stupid but useful method when I was in college. Just buy a slightly larger calendar, preferably with a memo grid every day, and put it where you will inevitably see it every day. I will write down everything I need to do the next day every night. The next day, when I finish something, I will cross it off. Force yourself to have a sense of ritual to get things done. For example, apply a mask before going to bed, practice the piano 1 hour, go on a business trip, and go for a walk in the playground for 5 laps after dinner. Something like this. It really works. Because if I can't finish it, I will feel strongly guilty, and I will do things according to my own arrangements. So I don't say I'm happy before going to bed every day, but at least I'm in a good mood and have a little sense of accomplishment.
