So I began to study and try every day and do it for ten minutes before going to bed at night. Strange to say, the first time I did active meditation, I felt very sensitive and relaxed, but I seldom felt that way again.
In Mr. Tong's active meditation course, the core is to remember five sentences, then meditate in his own mind and imagine happy and beautiful pictures.
The first sentence: May I be safe.
I thought about it for a long time. Why safety comes first? I understand that because peace is like the yin and yang poles, it is either safe or unsafe, and there is a great risk of insecurity, so it is generally the minimum wish of China people to remain safe. This is a sense of risk.
The second sentence: May I be healthy.
Health first, there is really nothing to say. In order to be healthy, in meditation, you should let your subconscious mind deeply plant a seed. Always know that you should keep the bottom line of health. This is the personal level, the latitude of the point.
The third sentence: May I be happy.
Happiness, in my opinion, belongs to a latitude. People will never be happy if they live alone without society and groups, because social attributes are engraved in people's genes. Therefore, from a healthy individual level to a happy group level, this is a process of promotion.
The fourth sentence: I wish I had peace of mind.
What is the state of freedom? If you have seen Chasing Happyness, the man starring will smith was finally admitted. He walked in the street and nodded and smiled at all kinds of people coming and going. I think that's probably the case. You wander in the crowd, and everything is beautiful. Maybe it is. In my opinion, this is a performance of continuing to upgrade.
The fifth and last sentence: May goodness fill my body.
This sentence is too advanced. I still can't fully understand the realm of compassion. My understanding now is a kind of soft heart, just like a big monk's merciful smile to all beings after he really realizes it. I always imagine that smile facing me, just like the warm sunshine in spring. Heart and body are extremely warm.
Unconsciously, the caring meditation practice in mindfulness meditation class has been done for several months. The biggest feeling is that you can calm down, fall asleep quickly and concentrate on your work.
