According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in Nanjing, according to the source of the epidemic, residents in some areas of Gulou District have been issued yellow codes recently. In order to facilitate residents to handle transcoding and reduce the gathering of people, the relevant matters concerning transcoding of "Su Kang Code" in our district are hereby notified as follows:

First, the acceptance object

This circular is only applicable to the residents who have had a yellow code with the positive population in the recent time and space in Gulou District, excluding the close contacts of confirmed cases and people who have been in close contact with and have been to medium and high-risk areas.

Those who get the yellow code should take the initiative to report to the local community for family health monitoring. In principle, you are not allowed to go out, and you will be inspected for 7 days and 5 times. During the period, it is not allowed to organize or participate in offline meetings, and it is not allowed to engage in collective activities such as offline lectures and lectures; Do not enter dance halls, bathrooms, cinemas, Internet cafes and other indoor closed places; Do not participate in gatherings such as dinners and weddings, and wear masks all the time when going out; Don't take public transport, keep a safe distance of 1 m from others, and avoid going to crowded places and participating in crowded activities. Some high-risk groups need to carry out standardized family health monitoring under the guidance of the community.

Second, the green code conditions

Under the guidance of the community, the yellow code personnel have completed the standardized 7-day follow-up health monitoring or family health monitoring, and all the nucleic acid tests are negative, so they can apply for yellow code to green code.

If it is confirmed that you have never been to the place where the positive tester crosses the track, please provide your personal track commitment letter and negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours, apply for decoding to your community, and the community will make a summary declaration. After transcoding, please continue to participate in each round of large-scale nucleic acid detection organized by regional organizations.

Third, apply for community transcoding.
