The coding information of Dr. Health Cloud does not match.

The mismatch between the user's name and the health code means that the user's current real-name authentication information is inconsistent with the identity information of the person queried by the health code, and the user can change his real name by viewing the information.

1. Open WeChat Pay, open WeChat APP, and click Pay in my interface.

2. Find the epidemic prevention health code, and click the epidemic prevention health code in the life service column of the payment interface.

3. Click View Health Code to enter the WeChat health code interface, and click View Epidemic Prevention Health Code.

4. Find customer service, find it in the health code interface, and click customer service.

5. Select real name modification and enter the help and feedback interface, where you can see the problem of real name modification.

6. Click the link to modify the information. In the problem details interface, click the link to modify the information.

7. Modify personal information, enter the error information feedback interface, fill in the correct information and submit the original information.
