Isolation strategy of tight connection and sub-tight connection

Close contacts were subjected to centralized isolation medical observation 14 days, and their nucleic acids were detected on 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 14 days respectively. After isolation, the patients were observed at home for 7 days, during which their body temperature and symptoms were monitored, and they were not allowed to go out unless necessary. They were advised to take personal protection when going out, and did not participate in gathering activities. On the second and seventh days of home health observation, they were tested for nucleic acid. Temporary 7-day centralized isolation medical observation and 7-day self-health monitoring were carried out for sub-close contacts.

Close contact is referred to as sub-close contact. This kind of people refers to people who live and work in the same closed environment and have dinner and fun with close contacts, but have not taken effective protective measures.

Close contacts are those who have had close contact with suspected cases and confirmed cases five days before symptoms appear, or those who have not taken effective protection for asymptomatic infected people five days before sampling.
