China PICC was established on June 20th 1949 and People's Republic of China (PRC). 1June, 1996, China PICC began to carry out institutional reform and separate operations, and established three subsidiaries: PICC Property Insurance Co., Ltd., PICC Life Insurance Co., Ltd. and PICC Reinsurance Co., Ltd. 1999 65438+ 10/8, PICC Property Insurance. 1999, PICC P&C inherited PICC brand 1998 10.7, and the State Council issued a document to cancel PICC group, and its three subsidiaries were renamed as China People's Insurance Company, China Life Insurance Company and China Reinsurance Company respectively. At this point, the three companies are independent individuals. PICC China, we refer to the original PICC P&C insurance company. At the same time, in 2005, PICC China established several subsidiaries such as PICC Health and PICC Life Insurance, and established PICC China Life Insurance Group, which also operated independently and became an independent company, and later established China Life Insurance.
