(4) Responsibilities of the aftermath team: Responsible for the ideological work of employees and their families, and do a good job in appeasing patients and their families;

(1) The canteens, dormitories, toilets, meeting rooms and other crowd gathering places of the Project Department should be ventilated frequently.
(2) The public health places on the construction site should improve hand washing equipment and provide tap water, hand sanitizer or disinfectant soap.
(6) The logistics department should prepare necessary medical and epidemic prevention items to cope with the occurrence of sudden infectious diseases.
(7) Strictly manage the doorman at the construction site. During the epidemic period, adhere to the visitor entry and exit registration system and the visitor temperature monitoring system, and strive to isolate the source of the disease to the gate of the construction site.
(8) Establish and improve the monitoring and reporting system of infectious diseases on the construction site, so as to achieve early detection, early reporting, early diagnosis and early treatment. Do a good job of morning inspection. Once it is found that the incidence of fever and respiratory infectious diseases has increased abnormally, it should be reported to the relevant departments of the county CDC and the county construction bureau in time, and actively assist the disease control department in investigation and analysis.
Third, emergency measures.
(1) Workers suffering from infectious diseases such as SARS, meningitis, measles, influenza, novel coronavirus, etc. shall report to the emergency leading group or team leader on site in time, and shall not take up their posts in spite of illness. (2) Workers or team managers with infectious diseases on the construction site should take certain measures to carry out rescue activities under the unified arrangement of the infectious disease emergency leading group. Patients with infectious diseases are required to wear protective masks and gloves immediately and rest in the isolation room of the construction site. The communication liaison group calls 120 to inform the infectious disease hospital for treatment.
(3) The dormitory, office and public * * * places where patients with infectious diseases are located shall be disinfected on the construction site, and workers and team managers who are in close contact with patients with infectious diseases shall be observed in isolation. (4) If the population infected by infectious diseases expands and spreads rapidly, the emergency leading group shall promptly ask the county construction bureau and the county health and epidemic prevention department to decide whether to stop work on the whole site. And take all effective measures to quickly control the source of infection, cut off the route of infection, and protect susceptible people, specifically:
(1) block the epidemic. Immediately block all the staff of the patient team and his workplace, and suspend all activities in the workplace. Stop the interaction between people in the construction site and with the outside world, and wait for the opinions of the health department and the emergency leading group of the Construction Bureau.
② Disinfection of epidemic spots. Thoroughly disinfect all places on the construction site. This disinfection can be operated by the epidemic prevention station and ventilated after disinfection. ③ Epidemiological investigation. (9) Strict attendance system: the workers who are absent from work should be registered one by one and contacted immediately to find out the reasons. Under the guidance of the county CDC, isolation measures are taken for sick workers (including those who are in close contact with sick workers).
