During this period, the liver continuously secretes bile, which is continuously deposited and stored. Because I haven't eaten for a long time, the bile concentration stored in my gallbladder is very high. After a long time, the gallbladder wall will absorb the water and salt in the concentrated bile, leading to excessive cholesterol precipitation and gallstones.

In addition, when the stomach is empty, the gastrointestinal peristalsis is slow, but at noon, you start to eat a lot of food, which requires the digestive tract to digest a lot of food, so you have to speed up the peristalsis and cause fatigue. 1. Eat the right kind.
