Legal basis: Notice of the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Measures for the Development, Operation and Management of Health Codes in Hangzhou Article 3 The municipal government shall uniformly organize and implement the development, operation and management of health codes in Hangzhou. The municipal data resource management department is responsible for the development and maintenance of Hangzhou health code, and the municipal health department is responsible for the daily operation and management of Hangzhou health code.
The municipal data resource management department shall sign an agreement or memorandum with the government departments of Hangzhou Health Code Project development and operation and the units entrusted with technology development (hereinafter referred to as relevant departments and units), clarify their respective responsibilities, and make clear and definite agreements on the application scope, data source, data security, personal privacy protection and related rights ownership involved in Hangzhou Health Code Project, so as to ensure that the project can be promoted in an orderly manner according to laws and regulations.
These Measures are applicable to the data collection, application and management of relevant departments and units in the development and operation of Hangzhou health code project.
