What is health, including several aspects?

When 1946 was founded, the World Health Organization (WHO) scientifically defined the meaning of health in its charter: "Health is a state of good physical, psychological and social adaptation, not just a state without disease and weakness." In other words, the basic connotation of the concept of health should include physical health, mental health and good social adaptation, which shows that the individual's physiology and psychology are in a good functional state, that is, there are no defects and diseases in physiology and psychology, which can give full play to the psychological adjustment function of the body and environmental factors, maintain a good efficiency state and a dynamic relative balance state adapted to the environment.

Mental health is also called mental health, and its meaning mainly includes two aspects. First, it refers to mental health, that is, there is no mental illness and mental function is good. That is to say, it has a normal and stable psychological state and positive and effective psychological activities, and has good control and adaptability in the face of realistic, developing and changing natural environment, social environment and its own internal psychological environment, and maintains a practical and effective functional state. Second, it refers to maintaining mental health, that is, consciously and actively following the laws and characteristics of physical and mental development of individuals of different ages, following corresponding principles, adopting various effective methods and measures to create a good family environment, school environment and social environment, and through various forms of publicity, education and training, to prevent mental illness, improve psychological quality, and maintain and promote this good functional state of psychological activities. The above two aspects constitute the basic connotation of the concept of mental health.
