1. Those who return to Ning from outside the administrative area of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region must report to the community and unit where their destination is located in advance, download the "My Ningxia" APP to complete registration and punch in the health code, hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours after entering Ning, pass the "My Ningxia" code scan according to the requirements of relevant departments, complete the nucleic acid test again within 48 hours after entering Ning, do a good job in self-health monitoring and implement the normalized epidemic situation.
2. Persons who have lived in high-risk areas for 14 days and returned to Ningning, take centralized isolation medical observation measures for 14 days; Persons with a history of residence in the county where the high-risk area is located must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours, and at the same time implement 7 days of home health monitoring and 2 times of nucleic acid detection. If a prefecture-level city or county with a high risk level of epidemic situation enters Nanjing, it shall take 7 days of home health monitoring +2 times of nucleic acid detection or 7 days of centralized isolation medical observation +7 days of home health monitoring +4 times of nucleic acid detection (specifically subject to the relevant notification requirements of the autonomous region). If there are no conditions for home health monitoring, they can be transferred to centralized isolation places to implement home health monitoring measures.
3. Persons returning from quarantine inspection at the first entry point:
(1) For those who were diagnosed immediately after entry or during the period of centralized isolation (including asymptomatic infected persons), medical observation in centralized isolation continued for 14 days, and five times of nucleic acid detection measures were taken after returning to Ning;
(2) After expert health assessment, all the people who returned to Ning after entry quarantine were negative in nucleic acid detection and abnormal in serum antibody monitoring. Except those who were positive for vaccination antibody, the rest were transferred to designated hospitals for inspection and observation for 3 days, and then transferred to home health monitoring 1 1 day after no abnormality, during which nucleic acid detection was carried out for 4 times;
(3) Closed-loop transportation of 7-day centralized isolation medical observation and 7-day home health monitoring, during which 4 nucleic acid tests were conducted;
(4) Persons less than 28 days after entry shall be tested for COVID-19 nucleic acid and serum antibody, and shall complete 7 days of centralized isolation medical observation and 7 days of home health monitoring according to regulations, during which 4 times of nucleic acid testing will be conducted.
