Fruit, people who eat fruit every day are in poor health and can only eat fresh fruit. Apples stored for four months have no nutrition at all. Only eat fresh fruits in the season, not fruits in the wrong season. Diet misunderstanding: you can't drink milk on an empty stomach. The milk is cold, don't drink it. She told us that all drinks are not as good as drinking boiled water. Fish: There are too many opportunities for river fish to be polluted. Now it is said that there is a lot of melamine in fish feed, so try to eat marine fish. Eating fish should be combined with meat, and people with many problems eat less fish, which is harmful to obesity and so on, which has benefited me a lot.
