Don't do too much exercise in order to stay healthy and slim.

The suggestions are as follows:

Do morning exercises for 30 minutes every day, running or brisk walking on campus;

Leave the classroom for a walk between classes, move your waist and limbs a little, look farther, and contact the sun for 30 minutes every day;

Seriously do exercises between classes 10 minutes;

If possible, it is good to swim 1000 meters every night;

Outdoor activities for more than one hour every weekend, playing basketball, badminton, yoga, swimming, etc. According to your hobbies, go hiking, mountain climbing, cycling, etc. In addition, shopping on weekends can also be used as a regular exercise.
