Kindergarten star standard

According to "Liaoning Kindergarten Evaluation and Grading Standard", kindergartens are divided into five grades from high to low, and classified management is implemented.

1 five-star (provincial demonstration) 900 points or more (including 900 points).

Two or four-star (municipal demonstration) 900~850 points (including 850 points).

3 three-star 850~750 points (including 750 points).

4 750~650 points for two stars (including 650 points).

5 One-star (only up to the registration standard) 650~550 points (including 550 points).

"Grading Standard" requires kindergartens to follow the laws of children's physical and mental development and learning characteristics, not to teach the content of primary education in advance, and there is no "primary school" phenomenon (emphasizing literacy, calculation, pinyin, foreign languages, and assigning written homework, etc. ).

The grading standard requires kindergartens to recruit students and arrange classes (25 in small class, 30 in middle class and 35 in large class) in strict accordance with relevant state regulations, and resolutely correct the phenomenon of large class size. If there is a phenomenon of "overstaffing", or child abuse or corporal punishment, kindergartens may face "low evaluation" or "demotion"

According to the regulations, kindergartens with the following problems will not be graded:

■ There is no stable source of funds; ■ Unable to honor and guarantee the salary of faculty and staff; ■ There are pollution sources and dangerous areas around the park;

■ Excessive noise; ■ Unsafe garden buildings; ■ There are dangerous goods in outdoor venues;

■ Failure to meet fire protection standards; ■ The video of the security monitoring system is unclear and there are dead ends, and the function cannot be realized;

■ The kitchen does not meet the relevant requirements of the national and provincial catering service food safety supervision and quantitative classification management, and there is no relevant certificate from the health and epidemic prevention department; ■ The staff does not have the health certificate of the staff of the child care institution;

■ Responsibility safety accidents in the past two years, one vote veto, no classification; ■ There is a phenomenon of "primary school";

■ Staff and children's meals are not separated; ■ The latest comprehensive health care assessment is unqualified.
