Master of Notes: If the speaker puts all the contents and what he wants to say on the slide, the speech will become scripted and boring. So when making a presentation, put what needs to be shown to the audience in the slides, and write down what doesn't need to be shown to the audience (such as voice-over, instructions from expert leaders, communication with colleagues and peers) in your notes. If you need to print notes, set them in the "Print Content" drop-down menu when printing. Select "Notes Page" to print notes. Writing notes is a way to save communication materials for units that advocate paperless office and schools that prepare lessons collectively.
