The seemingly incomprehensible physical identification and accurate syndrome differentiation of the five internal organs actually have a "shortcut" to learn.

As a Chinese medicine lover, have you ever encountered such an embarrassment: you have a little knowledge of yourself, but you don't know where to start when you really face the problem.

To give a simple example: many women are troubled by acne. Some people are used to drinking herbal tea and using gunpowder when they have acne, but there are more and more acne.

Why is this?

According to Dr. Xu, there are many kinds of acne, the common ones are liver and gallbladder fire and lung heat. Chaihu Qinggan powder or loquat Qingfei drink can be used in a dialectical way, and the effect is very good. However, there is a kind of acne. If you choose cold medicine treatment, the more you "treat" it, the more you will get.

"There are acne around the lips, accompanied by pale face and dysmenorrhea, mostly caused by cold abdomen. Dr. Xu explained that in Chinese medicine, white is cold and red is hot. Cold is characterized by attraction. When a cold guest is in the lower abdomen, the meridians in this area are easily blocked, depressed and generate heat. " Therefore, Zhang Zhongjing's Wenjing decoction and forsythia can be used to cure the problem. 」

The above simple example embodies one of the most basic characteristics of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine, syndrome differentiation and treatment, that is, to analyze different symptoms through the four diagnoses of looking, smelling, asking and pulse, to clarify the essence, and then to draw the corresponding treatment ideas.

If you want to treat a disease better, you must first be good at observing symptoms and know which viscera is out of order; If you want to better regulate your body, you must first learn to recognize your own physique and correct and reconcile it in time.

Observe symptoms and know viscera.

In fact, our physique, physical performance, mental state, daily movements and so on. Closely related to viscera; Symptoms of the disease can indirectly reflect which organ of the internal organs is out of order.

Simply put, the functions and characteristics of the zang-fu organs determine what kind of physique and symptoms we will have.

So when there are some symptoms in our body, the first thing to do is to think about which organ of the body this symptom is related to, so as to better regulate the disease.

The Huangdi Neijing Su Wenzhi Zhen Da Lun once said:

All wind-induced dizziness belongs to the liver.

Symptoms such as limb tremor and dizziness caused by wind pathogen are all related to the liver. Because the liver is wind wood, it is mainly responsible for dispersing and storing blood. Once the qi is out of balance, it will lead to wind disease.

All cold diseases belong to the kidney.

Symptoms such as systemic tension and joint flexion and extension caused by cold pathogen are all related to kidney. Because the kidney is the palace of fire and water, which contains Yuan Yin and Yuanyang, once the yin and yang are out of balance, it will often lead to cold diseases.

All qi stagnation belongs to the lungs.

Cough, dyspnea and chest tightness caused by poor qi movement are all related to the lungs. Because the lung governs the qi of the whole body, once the qi is unbalanced, it will lead to the occurrence of qi disease.

All wet swelling belongs to the spleen.

All syndromes caused by dampness, such as stagnant water and dampness, edema, etc., are related to the spleen. Because the spleen governs transportation and transformation, once the water is wet, it will lead to the occurrence of dampness.

All pain and pain belong to the heart.

All skin sores, redness and itching caused by heat evil are related to the heart. Because the heart dominates the fire, and the fire is full of blood heat, and the blood is competing, causing sores.

The pathogenic factors are nothing more than external causes and internal injuries. No matter what the reason is, no matter where the evil spirits invade, they will have a certain impact on the internal organs.

Exogenous pathogens cause diseases, and pathogens enter from the exterior to the interior, affecting the viscera; When internal injuries occur, pathogenic factors directly damage internal organs. Therefore, clinical syndrome differentiation, prescription and nutrition regulation are all based on the physiological functions and pathological changes of viscera.

If you find the five internal organs corresponding to the symptoms, it is not difficult to treat and recuperate.

Dr. Xu also cited an example of "chronic pharyngitis": "Some people have chronic pharyngitis but don't know it. Their throats are often dry and itchy, and they feel angry, so they go to drink cold Chinese medicine such as honeysuckle dew. However, don't forget that the throat is the path of patrolling the kidney meridian, and many chronic pharyngitis are caused by kidney deficiency. At this time, moxibustion at kidney-deficient points, namely Fu-liu point and Zhao Hai point, was selected, and Bushen water was used to treat its roots. 」

Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment: Regulating Hyperactivity of Liver Fire

Whether it is acupuncture, moxibustion, acupuncture, soup, medicine, tea drinking, diet therapy and other methods, with the precise crux of the internal organs, it is natural to achieve "miscellaneous treatment, each in its place."

Here, Dr. Xu takes the hyperactivity of liver fire as an example to teach you how to regulate according to syndrome differentiation.

Clinical manifestations of hyperactivity of liver fire

It is more common to see red eyes, irritability, headache, hypochondriac pain, bitter taste, vomiting blood and hemoptysis, in addition to dry stool and yellow urine.

Male: Liver fire can cause dizziness, nausea, headache, insomnia, thick tongue coating and bad temper.

Female: It can cause less menstruation, early or late menstruation, even amenorrhea and premenstrual insomnia.

Children: The symptoms of fire are dry mouth, recurrent oral ulcer, short and red urine, upset and irritable.

Look, listen and ask with great enthusiasm.

1. Access

Look at the complexion: the liver opens its eyes, the left cheek corresponds to the liver area, and the bridge of the nose corresponds to the liver.

Look at the tongue: the edges of both sides of the tongue correspond to the liver area, the edges of the tongue are swollen, and the tongue coating is yellow and greasy.

Smell out the diagnosis

have good lungs

How was your sleep?

Sleep problems between 23 pm and 3 am suggest hepatobiliary diseases.

What is the situation of defecation?

Excess of liver fire, yin consumption, dysuria, constipation.

Shaoyang disease, common bitter taste, dry throat, dizziness, bitter taste and sour mouth.

cut

The left hand closes the pulse corresponding to the liver, and the pulse phase of liver fire is characterized by the number of pulse strings.

The above is theoretical knowledge. Next, let's learn about actual combat. Let's take a look at a case of treating hyperactivity of liver fire shared by Dr. Xu:

The patient is a child who has just entered the first grade. When I entered the consulting room, I looked reluctant when I saw the doctor and didn't want to talk much.

According to his mother, since childhood, the child has a well-behaved personality and his academic performance is among the best in the school. After he was successfully admitted to a key junior high school, because the teacher's management was very strict, over time, the child became rebellious and disobedient.

Once, a child quarreled with his classmates in class, which almost developed into a fight. He was warned by the teacher that if he did it again, he would be expelled from school. The child's mother had no choice but to bring him to me.

I carefully observed the child: his face was blue next to the bridge of his nose, which was a sign of liver and gallbladder fire. Then I asked him, "Is the stool blocked?" He said: "I am often constipated. 」

I saw, listened, asked, prescribed medicine, and massaged the child. I found that there are Taichong points on the liver meridian, Xiaxi points on the gallbladder meridian and Laogong points on the heart meridian. Every time I press an acupoint, the child screams with pain.

I then told my parents to go back and stick to rubbing these three acupoints every day. "Don't be soft-hearted!" I emphasize.

After that, the child took the prescription and went home to recuperate. According to the feedback from the child's mother, after the child took the medicine, the stool passed; After pressing the acupoints every day, the grumpy mood quickly calmed down, and the study began to get on the right track, ranking among the best again.

From an emotional point of view, you will think that this child is just a simple adolescent emotional impulse. Dr. Xu Tao Bo explained that there is a cloud in Huangdi Neijing: "The five internal organs have five aspirations, and the five internal organs should take twelve sources when they get sick." Among them, the original point of the liver is Taichong point. Therefore, in the course of treatment, the lower Xi point and the promotion point of gallbladder meridian were also adopted.

If it is not handled properly, parents are anxious, and the children will become more and more irritable by taking the management method of beating and cursing, and the result is another situation.
