On April 29, 2020, the General Administration of Market Supervision (Standards Committee) issued an announcement, releasing a series of national standards for personal health information codes. This series of standards adopted the quick procedure of national standards, and it only took 14 days from project establishment to publication. [4] After the implementation of this series of national standards, the coding system, display mode and data content of personal health information codes can be unified, and the protection of personal information and the enjoyment and utilization of information can be considered as a whole, which is suitable for guiding the design, development and system integration of health code-related information systems.
