First, determine the test object.
Taking a primary school student as the research object, the students in five or six years were investigated and the health performance of 60 students in five or six years was tested. There are 30 boys and 30 girls.
Second, the main test methods
According to the requirements in the standard, we use special testing instruments and supporting software to test students. The main contents of the test include the following aspects: 1, vital capacity index, 2, sitting forward, 3, skipping rope for one minute, 4, step test, 5, weight, 6, height, etc. (In the introduction of the test sequence below, the number in front of the test content will be replaced). In the process of examination, students need to prepare well for the exam, that is, finish it. Then rest for 15 seconds and start the test (the interval for testing the same content is 1 week). We can test students in the following test order: the first one is from 4 to 2 to 3 to 1 to 6 to 5; Second, from 4 to 1 to 3 to 2 to 6 to 5; Third, from 3 to 1 to 6 to 2 to 5 to 4; Fourth, from 6 to 5 to 1 to 2 to 3 to 4. According to the above test methods, the students were tested for four weeks, and the test results were analyzed and compared by software. The conclusion is that if P≤0. 0S, there is a significant difference. If P≤0. 0 1, the difference is very significant.
Thirdly, analyze the factors that affect the test results.
1 main reason
(1) The influence of warm-up activities
It can be seen from the changes of vital capacity data before and after warm-up activities that the test results show a very significant difference. Warm-up activities can speed up the movement of all muscles involved in breathing activities and enhance their exercise strength, thus greatly improving the vital capacity of the human body. Therefore, it is often more accurate for students to test their vital capacity after doing warm-up activities.
From the data changes of grip strength and standing long jump before and after warm-up activities, it can be seen that the test results show a very significant difference. Its influence is shown in the following points: first, warm-up activities can increase the number of muscle fibers involved in work, make the working muscles produce stronger contractility, and thus enhance the explosiveness and strength of the human body; Second, warm-up activities can enhance the coordination between muscle groups, make the working muscles cooperate with each other and improve muscle strength. Thirdly, after the warm-up activity is completed, the increase of muscle temperature can enhance the change of enzyme activity, thus promoting substance metabolism and generating more energy, thus improving muscle strength and enhancing explosive force. Fourth, warm-up activities can enhance the elasticity of ligaments, thus improving muscle strength and enhancing muscle strength. Fifth, warm-up activities can improve the sensitivity of nerve center to stimulation, accelerate the conduction speed of stimulation produced by exercise, and make nerve center have stronger dominance over muscles, thus enhancing the intensity of muscle work.
(2) the influence of students' attitude
Through the questionnaire survey of students, it is found that 80% of them care about health, 58% care about physical examination, 50% care about exam results, 50% care about the impact of health problems on evaluation, 70% care about exam requirements, and 90% are not prepared to exercise. It can be seen that students have a strong awareness of health, but their enthusiasm for taking health tests is not high.
