Travelers can apply in three ways.

(1) Residents of Shandong Province, or people from other provinces who came to Shandong for isolation (returning to Shandong) 14 days, can directly click on the column of "Health Pass Card", select "Pass Code Application", fill in relevant basic information according to the prompts, and submit the application after confirmation. After submitting the application, click "Health Report" and enter the temperature information and health status of the day. If there is no abnormality, click "Show Password" to display the green password.
(2) Outsiders who have been in Shandong (back to Shandong) for less than 14 days can inquire about the mutual recognition of health codes between Shandong Province and other provinces through "mutual recognition provinces", and "green provinces" means that Shandong Province and other provinces have realized mutual recognition and sharing of health codes. People who come to Shandong from mutually recognized provinces will be released with the green code outside the province after arriving in Shandong Province, without isolation, and the paper health certificate from other provinces has the same effect as the electronic health code. In order to facilitate the passage in the province, it is suggested that people who come to Shandong apply for Shandong health code by using the health card "Lailu declaration" module of WeChat "Health Shandong Service Number", "Love Shandong" APP, Alipay "Shandong Electronic Health Code" and other channels. If you can't show your health certificate code or paper health certificate, you need to implement the policy of quarantine 14 days.
(3) The quarantine policy of 14 days shall continue to be implemented for those who come to Shandong from provinces that have not achieved mutual recognition. After mutual recognition among provinces, holders of provincial green health code passes or paper health certificates can travel directly by code (card) or go to the "Lailu Declaration" module to apply for Shandong green health code.
(4) If you only travel in the city, please fill in the application form for the pass code and select "In the city". If you already have a local health code, but need to travel in other places, click "Apply for a Pass Code", select "Re-apply", select inside or outside the province as needed, fill in relevant information and apply for a new health code.
