Activity flow:
Preparation posture: stand upright with chopsticks at your sides. (Figure 1)
Section 1 limb movement
The first eight beats
1: raise your left hand horizontally, fist down, chopsticks in a horizontal line.
The second beat: the right hand is raised horizontally, the fist is down, and the chopsticks are horizontal. (Figure 2)
Beat 3~4: Turn your wrist, tap chopsticks twice, and return to the prepared posture.
Fifth beat: raise your left hand and fist forward.
Beat 6: Right hand up, fist heart forward.
Beat 7~8: Raise your hand and tap chopsticks twice to return to the prepared posture. (Figure 3)
The second eight beats
Beat 1: the left arm is raised horizontally, the fist is down, and the chopsticks are horizontal.
The second beat: the right arm is raised horizontally, the fist is down, and the chopsticks are horizontal.
The third beat: the left chopstick touches the right shoulder.
Beat 4: The right chopsticks touch the left shoulder. (Figure 4)
Fifth beat: put your left hand on your sides.
The sixth beat: put your right hand on your sides.
Beat 7~8: Put your hands down in front of you and tap twice with chopsticks to restore your prepared posture. (Figure 5)
Section 2 Stretching Exercise
The first eight beats
Beat 1~4: The left foot strides to the left in a lunge and rotates to the left at the same time. The upper body leans forward slightly and is in a straight line with the right leg, and the arms bend and hit the left front.

Beat 5~8: The arms cross from the chest to the sides from top to bottom, and then return to the preparation posture through the sides. (Figure 7)
The second eight beats
The action is the same as the first eight beats, in the opposite direction.
The lateral movement of the third part
The first eight beats
Beat 1: the left leg stretches forward and the heel touches the ground. (Figure 8)
The second beat: bend to the left.
Beat 3~4: Knock chopsticks twice with both hands above the left foot and return to the preparation posture. (Figure 9)
Beat 5~8: opposite directions.

The action is the same as the first eight beats.
Section 4 Body Rotation Movement
The first eight beats
Hit 1~2: Take a step to the left with your left foot and raise chopsticks twice with your arms. (Figure 10)
Beat 3~4: Keep your feet still, turn your upper body 90 degrees to the left, bend your arms on your chest at the same time, hit the chopsticks twice, and return to the prepared posture. (Figure 1 1) (

Section 5 Abdominal back exercises
The first eight beats
Beat 1~2: Raise your arms horizontally and take a step to the left with your left foot. (Figure 13)
Beat 3~4: the upper body bends forward, and the two arms knock chopsticks twice before and after the body. (Figure 14)
Beat 5~8: In the opposite direction, return to the preparation posture.
The second eight beats
The action is the same as the first eight beats.
Section 6 Jumping Movement
The first eight beats
Beat 1: the body jumps upward, while the arms are raised horizontally and the legs are separated. (Figure 15)
The second beat: the body jumps up, while the arms are down and the legs are together.
Beat 3~4: Repeat the action of 1~2.
Beat 5~6: Stand on your feet, bend your elbows on your chest, and tap with chopsticks four times. (Figure 16)
Beats 7~8: Repeat the actions of beats 5~6 and return to the preparation posture.
