First, the standard weight
Male: (height cm-80) × 70 = standard weight.
Female: (height cm-70) × 60 = standard weight.
Standard weight plus or minus 10% is normal weight.
Standard weight plus or minus 10%-20% overweight or underweight.
Obesity or underweight is defined as plus or minus 20% of standard weight.
Calculation formula of overweight.
Overweight% = (actual weight-ideal weight)/(ideal weight) × 100%.
Second, the standard height
1, male height = birth length (cm)÷0.2949;; Female height = length at birth (cm) ÷ 0.438+009. It should be noted that this formula is only applicable to normal full-term newborns; If the length data can be accurate to 0. 1 cm, the prediction of height will be more accurate.
2. Male height =3 years old, height ×0.545+ average height of parents × 0.544+37.69 (cm); Female height =3 years old ×0.545+ average height of parents ×0.544+25.63 (cm), and the prediction formula of human standard height (genetic law).
Male height = (father height+mother height) × 1.08÷2 (cm).
Female height = (father height ×0.923+ mother height) ÷2 (cm).
The standard of obesity:
1, the weight far exceeds the standard weight. The standard weight can be calculated by subtracting 105 from the actual height. If it exceeds 20% of the standard weight, it can be judged as obesity.
2. Body mass index (BMI) exceeds the upper limit of normal value. Obesity can be judged by calculating the body mass index, and the calculation formula is the square of weight-height. China people's obesity body mass index is above 28kg/m2.
3. Waist circumference is much higher than normal (male > > 90cm, female > > 80cm). Waist circumference is one of the important indexes to judge obesity. When the waist circumference is much higher than the normal value, it can generally be judged as obesity.
4. Obesity can also be judged by waist-hip ratio, body fat rate and other indicators.
