Self-discipline, health and respect

In our life, there are many excellent people who are very hard on themselves. These people are generous, confident and honest. Every time they appear, they are always different, and every time they speak, they always bring different opportunities and freshness to others.

They have one thing in common: hard work and self-discipline They have been studying hard and trying to improve themselves. However, the harder they work, the more they know how to demand themselves, the more they know how to exercise, and the more they know how to live a better life.

For a person who was unable to do sit-ups in the physical education class exam, it was really a super painful thing to have a body-shaping yoga class for several days, each class lasted for one and a half hours, and all kinds of high-intensity movements, especially a lot of abdominal exercises!

Every day, under the urging and compulsion of the teacher, I will never do a meeting10; From being tired and wanting to be lazy to crying and insisting; From being afraid of coming to class to slowly liking coming to class … progress is made every day, although the effect of body shaping has not yet been seen, this is a long-term process! But I think, as long as I insist, I will be able to reach the figure I want!

The teacher shared a sentence with us: every piece of fat on your body is your compromise on life! That's right. Behind every good figure is strict self-discipline, and self-discipline is freedom!

Whenever I am too tired to hold on, I think of Lang Lang's new wife, who also plays the piano. Why can she have such a good figure? It must be her unknown efforts! And our yoga teacher, why is everyone in such good shape that they can't guess their age at all? Because they are hardworking, self-disciplined and hard on themselves!

No matter in our work and life, people who are hard on themselves must be extreme and can do everything well! Stick to what others can't, and you can have what others can't!

? To be a man, you have to be hard on yourself and be tolerant and generous to others. Otherwise, people in this society, this age of liking the new and hating the old, are even more hard on us, and being hard on yourself means being good to yourself!
