Mental health refers to the best functional state that individual psychological activities can achieve within their own and their environment. Generally speaking, the basic requirements and characteristics of primary school students' mental health are shown in five aspects: 1) having stable emotions; 2) Have a harmonious interpersonal relationship; 3) It has various psychological characteristics in line with its age characteristics; 4) Normal intelligence; 5) Good willpower, strong self-control and good adaptability. The following introduces the contents of mental health education in primary schools from three aspects.
This is an educational content for all students to improve their basic quality, including the following six aspects:
1) intelligence training: help students to establish a scientific understanding of the nature of intelligence and design different training activities according to different components of intelligence such as attention, observation and memory.
2) Learning psychological guidance: help students to establish a scientific understanding of the nature of learning activities, cultivate students to form a healthy and positive learning attitude and motivation, cultivate students to develop good learning habits and master scientific learning methods;
3) Emotional education: teach students to grasp and express their emotions, learn to effectively control, adjust and reasonably vent their negative emotions, observe and understand the emotions of others, and train related skills; 4) Interpersonal relationship guidance: around three kinds of interpersonal relationships: parent-child, teacher-student, and peer, know that students correctly understand the essence of various relationships and learn skills and principles to deal with various problems in interpersonal communication, including conflict resolution, cooperation and competition, learning to refuse, respect and support;
5) Cultivation of sound personality: the healthy personality qualities that individual noodle teams should have under the pressure of social survival, such as independence, enterprising spirit, frustration tolerance, etc. 6) Sexual psychological education: the teaching and analysis of sexual physiology and psychological knowledge helps students to establish correct gender concepts and gender identity, and guides students to understand and master the knowledge and skills of interacting with the opposite sex.
