Can self-health management go out?

Yes, but try not to go out. Family health monitoring is a kind of medical health management for people with relatively low risk. The monitored person is required to carry out self-health management under the guidance of township (street) and village (neighborhood) committees, and shall not go out, gather or flow unless necessary, and take good protection when going out.

When going out, you must wear a mask all the time, keep a safe social distance, and don't leave your county (city, district) in principle before the end of daily health monitoring. During the family health monitoring, two nucleic acid tests were conducted (24 hours apart), and after the family health monitoring, 1 nucleic acid test was conducted.

Family health observers should do the following:

1, don't leave home unless you have to. If it is really necessary to leave home, it must be approved by the village or unit. On the premise of personal protection, walk "point to point" and don't take public transportation.

You must live in a single room and use a separate bathroom.

3. The nucleic acid was detected on the 2nd and 7th day of family health observation.

4. Once you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough and sore throat, you should report to the community immediately.
