Every September 1 to September 30th is the National Health Publicity Plan Day, and September 20265438 1 is 15. September 1, 202 1 is a healthy lifestyle for all people. The activity theme of 202 1 is "three reductions+three health, a new impetus for health". The one-month activity popularized the knowledge of healthy lifestyle, widely publicized the health benefits of "good diet, good exercise and good sleep", and guided children to strive to be "three good" teenagers in the new era.
On September/KOOC-0/day, 2007, the Bureau of Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health, the Office of the National Patriotic Health Association and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of China launched a nationwide healthy lifestyle activity with the theme of "Harmonious life, healthy China people" and the slogan of "I act, I am healthy and I am happy", and decided September/KOOC-0/day every year as the "National Health Publicity Plan".
