The three-day "AACTP international certified trainer special training camp" came to the last day on August 9. After the teacher Ye Jingqiu told us about the opening, design and process of training two days ago, in this harvest season, the third day of the course will focus on teaching us the methods needed for training. Teaching methods need to rely on a high degree of speech skills, otherwise it is difficult to attract people. The third step is to strengthen the effect. After each knowledge point is explained, it is necessary to properly "consolidate knowledge" to enhance the strengthening effect. Teacher Ye told everyone that if the training course is two hours, then set a knowledge point in 20 minutes and let the students rest in 90 minutes. Subsequently, three students and teacher Ye put forward pertinent opinions and suggestions respectively. Because the third group has a story about paper cranes, it also needs on-site explanation, so according to teacher Yu's request, the third group will give a unified explanation after completing the project about paper cranes.

The theme of the third group B is "origami cranes". According to the standard of two pieces of paper for each group, the lecturer distributed paper to each group in turn for origami crane. On the stage, within 20 minutes, the lecturer first asked everyone the meaning of paper cranes. Next, take out the rectangular paper prepared in advance, and explain the detailed steps of folding paper into paper cranes step by step from telling everyone how to fold it into a square. Time flies. The lecturer explained the folding method of paper cranes for the first time, which was quite satisfactory. Near the end of the exercise, the lecturer left a small homework for everyone. After the two groups successfully completed their respective projects, Teacher Ye told us two kinds of live deductive eyes. Let's talk about role-playing first. After explaining the role-playing method, Teacher Ye introduced the demonstration teaching method. The so-called demonstration teaching method is a teaching method that demonstrates the technical skills, operating procedures, working processes or processing procedures to learners by displaying objects, images, teaching AIDS or on-site operations. It makes abstract and complicated teaching content intuitive. Simply put, demonstration teaching means that the lecturer "shows it to the learners". The basic process of video demonstration method includes video preparation, role assignment in video, content summary and background introduction before playing; When playing, create an environment, control the environment, and record learning records; After the broadcast, discuss the organization and comments. Video demonstration method should be controlled within 3 minutes, video teaching should be a compulsory course for students, the training question WHY is consistent with the scene, and attention should be paid to playback.

The last group, the third group A, took to the stage and brought a case teaching method-The Role of Middle Managers. In 20 minutes, the commentator will bring you a case for each group to discuss, then share the discussion results of each group in turn, and make corresponding comments and summaries. After the drill, three students and teacher Ye commented on the last drill and put forward pertinent opinions and suggestions. Teacher Ye told everyone that the case teaching method is a teaching method which takes learners to the "spot" for analysis on the basis of mastering basic knowledge and analytical techniques, under the careful planning and guidance of lecturers, and according to the requirements of teaching objectives and teaching contents, and further improves their ability to identify, analyze and solve a specific problem through independent thinking or collective cooperation, while cultivating correct management concepts, work style, communication skills and cooperation spirit.

Teacher Ye told everyone that the case background in the case teaching method should be neutral, and the case selection should be measured by the standards of learners' demands, role appeasement, care, problem solving and apology. By refining the key points of teaching content and solving the knowledge framework of problems, we can realize the complete analysis of cases and make correct comments on learners' answers, thus making the results of experience refining.

The completion of the case teaching method also marks the completion of four groups of six tasks assigned the next day, and everyone has gained something to varying degrees. Among the six tasks, the game teaching method is not arranged.
