China laws protect citizens' right to life and health and personal freedom.

There are many legal contents related to the protection of personal freedom in China law, mainly including the following legal contents:

1, Article 37 of the Constitution: The personal freedom of the people of China and citizens of China shall be inviolable. No citizen shall be arrested unless approved or decided by the people's procuratorate or decided by the people's court, and shall be executed by the public security organ. It is forbidden to illegally detain or deprive or restrict citizens' personal freedom by other means, and it is forbidden to illegally search citizens' bodies.

2. Article 35 of the Constitution: The people and citizens of China enjoy freedom of speech, publication, assembly, association, procession and demonstration.

Article 36 of the Constitution: China people and citizens have freedom of religious belief.

Article 39 of the Constitution: The houses of the people and citizens of China are inviolable. It is forbidden to illegally search or illegally invade citizens' houses.

5. Article 238 of the Criminal Law: Whoever illegally detains others or illegally deprives others of their personal freedom by other means shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention, public surveillance or deprivation of political rights. Those who are beaten or insulted shall be given a heavier punishment.

6. Paragraph 2 of Article 102 of the General Principles of the Civil Law: A citizen or a legal person who infringes upon the property of the state or the collective or infringes upon the property or person of others through fault shall bear civil liability.

7. Article 40 of the Law on Public Security Administration Punishment: Anyone who commits one of the following acts shall be detained for more than 10 and less than 15, and fined for more than 500 yuan 1000 yuan; If the circumstances are relatively minor, they shall be detained for more than 5 days 10 and fined for more than 2,000 yuan and less than 5,000 yuan: (1) organizing, coercing or tricking people who are dissatisfied with 16 years old or disabled people to perform horrible and cruel performances; (2) forcing others to work by violence, threat or other means; (3) Illegally restricting the personal freedom of others, illegally invading other people's houses or illegally searching other people's bodies.

8. Article 5 of the Law on the Protection of Consumers' Rights and Interests: Business operators shall not insult or slander consumers, search consumers' bodies and articles they carry, or infringe consumers' personal freedom.
