How long is the validity period of children's transfer health certificate?

It is valid for three months.

According to the newly revised Health Care Standard for Nursery Institutions, children should go to medical institutions for height (length) and weight measurement, eye, ear, mouth and vision examination, general internal medicine examination, hemoglobin and alanine aminotransferase examination before entering the park. When children transfer to the park, they can directly transfer to the park with the "Health Certificate for Children Transfer to the Park" and "Health Manual for Children Aged 0 ~ 6" provided by the original child care institution. The validity period of the "health certificate for children transferred to the park (institute)" is 3 months. Children who have left the kindergarten for more than 3 months need to undergo health examination again according to the entry inspection items.

The safety and health of freshmen entering the park is a problem that needs the attention of kindergartens and parents. Kindergarten has the responsibility to ensure that every child is healthy, which is of great significance to prevent the occurrence of mass infectious diseases.

Physical examination in the park is valid for 2 months. If the interval is more than 2 months, you need to have a new physical examination in a public park.

The kindergarten health certificate is valid for one year, and it will be invalid after one year. There are two kinds of general hygiene certificates, one is general hygiene certificate and the other is food hygiene certificate. All personnel engaged in catering industry should hold health certificates. Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts. Personnel who directly serve customers in public places can only engage in their own work with the Health Certificate. Those suffering from dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis and active tuberculosis shall not engage in the work of directly serving customers.

Legal basis: Article 45 of the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), food producers and business operators shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food. Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
