How to recuperate the body to be healthy!

Eat more vegetables and seafood (laver, seaweed), delicacies (bamboo shoots, fungus, mushrooms), eat some protein (milk, eggs, lean meat), eat less fat (grease), control cholesterol (no animal offal), and eat staple food in moderation (rice and flour are only 70% full). No drinking, no smoking, no overeating. Don't drink juice, drink more tea and drink more water.

Usually exercise more, work less, don't stay up late, live on time, be less angry, worry less and keep a good mood.
