People in other counties of the prefecture-level city where the middle-high risk area is located do not need to be fertilized. If fertilization is really necessary, they must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and then conduct 1 time nucleic acid test after fertilization.
The 1 nucleic acid test was carried out on people who had lived and worked in six types of high-risk personnel and people who had lived in the county where the middle and high-risk areas were located within 14 days.
Personnel in high-risk positions outside the city should try to avoid fertilization. If fertilization is really necessary, you must have been away from your job 14 days and have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and report to the destination village three days in advance.
Returning fertilizer personnel from other places should take the initiative to report the residence history and work history of high-risk posts in key areas of overseas and domestic epidemic situation to villages and hotels, actively cooperate with the implementation of corresponding prevention and control measures, and if the prevention and control of epidemic situation is delayed due to concealment or false reporting, resulting in adverse consequences, the corresponding responsibilities shall be investigated according to law.
