Feature 1: Self-expanding ability: I have a wide range of activities, many friends and many hobbies.
The second feature is the ability to communicate enthusiastically with others: intimacy, compassion, and tolerance for the differences in values between oneself and others.
Feature 3: Emotional security and self-identity: able to endure the inevitable conflicts and setbacks in life and all unfortunate encounters. Have a positive image of yourself, that is, have a good self-image and an optimistic attitude towards yourself.
The fourth feature is reality perception: we look at things according to their actual situation, not according to our own wishes. It is very clear to see the situation and adapt to it, that is, to understand people rather than to be confused. (Difficult to confuse: indifference under the premise of understanding or imperfect tolerance and acceptance of others or the world under the premise of understanding)
The fifth feature is self-objectification: I know my own advantages and disadvantages very well. Understand the difference between the real self and the ideal self, and know how you think of yourself and how others think of yourself.
The sixth feature is a consistent philosophy of life: a consistent orientation, living for a certain purpose, and a major desire. Ideology, philosophy, belief, premonition or prospect of life can give creative impetus to all human actions. (Same as: frankl's Meaning Therapy, see frankl's The Meaning of Life).
PS: I like this standard very much. It has daily and universal guiding significance.
