Jiang Feng, currently the director of Beijing Human Health Early Warning Evaluation and Nutrition Intervention Research Center and the main leader of Beijing Nutrition and Health Exhibition Hall, presided over the compilation of a landmark theoretical monograph in the history of nutrition development-systematic nutrition theory (first and second editions), and presided over the compilation of Food Composition and Medicinal Efficacy, Nutrition and Health Education Guide, Healthy Rhythm Kinematics and New Nutrition and Health Education Guide (third edition).
