Aerobics questionnaire survey

The influence of aerobics on college students' physical and mental health Abstract: By using the methods of questionnaire, mathematical statistics and literature, this paper discusses and studies the three-dimensional health (physical health, mental health and social adaptability) of college students after aerobics training. The results show that aerobics is an effective way to promote college students' physical and mental health and realize three-dimensional health indicators. 1. Basis for selecting the topic Contemporary college students are important talents in China's socialist development in the 2 1 century, and their physical and mental health directly affects the realization of China's talent training goal in the 2 1 century. However, according to the results of the fifth national survey of students' physical health in 2005, the health status of primary and secondary school students, especially the physical and mental health status of college students, is worrying. With the fast-paced lifestyle, they neglected the development of physical and mental health in the fierce competition for talent employment, and their health level continued to decline significantly. The World Health Organization puts forward a clear and comprehensive definition of health: "Health refers to the perfect state of body, mind and society, not just the absence of disease and weakness." How to improve the physical and mental health level of college students as soon as possible is an important topic worthy of study. This paper attempts to fully tap the physical and mental education function of aerobics through the teaching and training of aerobics. According to the theory of three-dimensional health standards, that is, physical health, mental health and social adaptability [1], scientific and effective methods and approaches are adopted to maximize the physical and mental health of college students. Second, research methods (1) questionnaire survey method According to the evaluation index and content of "three-dimensional health", simulated test questions were made and distributed to 1000 students in 25 undergraduate classes of grade 2005 in Heze University. For the first time, when freshmen enter school, 98 1 copy is recovered, and the recovery rate is 98. 1%. The second time was at the end of the sophomore aerobics class, and 958 copies were recovered, with a recovery rate of 95.8%. (2) Collect works, papers, reports, translations, etc. Intensive reading, excerpts and comparative analysis of the related research on college students' physical and mental health. (3) Mathematical statistics: statistics, analysis and research on questionnaire survey and measured data. Three. Results Analysis (I) Establishment of Three-dimensional Indicators of College Students' Physical and Mental Health In this paper, physical health, mental health and good social adaptability are taken as three-dimensional indicators of college students' physical and mental health, and a comprehensive evaluation scale of college students' physical and mental health is compiled (see table 1). Table 1 comprehensive evaluation scale of college students' physical and mental health This scale is used to evaluate the physical and mental health of students at the end of aerobics class. The method of evaluating grades is to send an evaluation scale to each class, which is filled in by a classmate (including himself) without interference, and tick "√" in each factor column of recognized grades (excellent, good, medium, poor and poor) according to the usual situation, and then the teacher summarizes the evaluation scale. (2) Optimizing college students' physical and mental health courses; A survey on the course selection of freshmen in physical education class (see Table 2). Table 2 College Students' Interest in Sports Course Questionnaire 2 shows that most college students' interest in sports is recreational and interesting, which shows that aerobics is deeply loved by college students, especially female college students, and shows their pursuit and expectation for beauty. (III) Analysis of Physical Fitness Test Results before and after Aerobics Teaching and Training Comparison of College Students' Physical Fitness before and after Aerobics Teaching and Training (see Table 3). Table 3 Comparison of Physical Fitness before and after Aerobics Teaching and Training Table 3 Analysis of Physical Fitness Test Data of College Students before and after Aerobics Training: 1. The influence on body shape practice proves that the body shape of college students has no obvious change after aerobics training, and the waist circumference is reduced by 2.60cm and 3.40cm on average compared with that of boys before teaching and training. In the case of little weight change, the waist circumference is obviously reduced, indicating that the body fat is reduced and the change of body shape fully shows the bodybuilding figure of contemporary college students [2]. 2. The influence on physical fitness Through aerobics teaching and training, in terms of physical fitness, except for the 50-meter performance, the other four physical fitness scores have been significantly improved, especially the 800-meter, standing long jump and leg lifting, which shows that aerobics has certain fitness value. Aerobics movements are rich in content and various in forms, including flexion, extension, winding, lifting, swinging and vibration in the basic movements of upper limbs and trunk, walking, running, jumping, sucking legs, rushing, kicking, bouncing and jumping in the basic movements of lower limbs. Most of these movements are coordinated movements of multiple parts of the body and joints, with many joint movements, asymmetric movements and fast rhythm changes, which have a positive role in promoting the flexibility and coordination of the body.
