Huawei imagined that there was a step lock screen on the mobile phone before 7plus, but there was also a step display. I don't know why it doesn't exist now

If the step counting function is not displayed when the screen is locked, it may be due to the following three situations:

Situation 1: The option "Show steps in the lock screen" is not turned on:

The solution is as follows:

1. Go to Settings and click Security and Privacy.

2. Select "Lock Screen and Password" in "Security and Privacy Interface".

3. Open "Show Steps on Lock Screen".

Case 2: The "Sports Health" APP is not installed:

The step counting function of Huawei's mobile phone is mainly realized through the APP "Sports Health", and the solution is as follows:

Install the sports health APP, which can be installed in the app store.

Situation 3: The right of "sports health" is insufficient or wrongly cleared.

The solution is as follows:

1. In the settings, add the APP to the protected APPlication list and give it self-starting permission, and keep the app running in the background before normal step counting;

2. In addition, when the screen is locked, the mobile phone needs to be networked: in the WLAN environment, in Settings >; "wireless local area network" >; "Configure" > "Choose between keeping WLAN connection in dormant state" >; "Always turn on mobile data in non-WLAN environment";

3. Permission to open application push in notification center: in Settings >; Notification and status bar >; Select "Sports Health" in "Notification Management" to open the corresponding permissions (banner, screen lock and status bar);

4. Set the application as a protected background application: in "Mobile Manager" >; "remaining X %/ battery" > "lock screen cleaning application", and select "sports health" as "unclean".
