Temperature,
Bbt), also known as resting body temperature, refers to the body temperature measured by women after 6-8 hours of sleep, such as waking up from a deep sleep in the morning, when their body temperature is not affected by exercise, diet or emotional changes. Basal body temperature is usually the lowest body temperature in a day and night. The basal body temperature of normal women of childbearing age, like menstrual cycle, changes periodically and is related to ovulation. Before measuring the basal body temperature, we should pay attention to whether there are many factors affecting the basal body temperature, such as colds, insomnia, drinking, drug abuse and so on.
Female basal body temperature disorder is common in some gynecological diseases, such as uterine bleeding, polycystic ovary, infertility, pregnancy, amenorrhea, abortion and so on.
Simply monitoring basal body temperature can not diagnose infertility, and basal body temperature is only one of the tests with reference diagnostic significance, which needs to be comprehensively judged in combination with other test results.
