The definition of health by the World Health Organization: If human beings want to live healthily, they need three basic conditions, namely, nutrition, rest and exercise. For a person, these three aspects must meet the most basic needs. Health can be said to be the external manifestation of the balance of these three aspects, and the imbalance of any one aspect can not be considered as health. The World Health Organization once defined health as 1. Energetic, able to cope with the pressure of daily life and work calmly, without feeling overly nervous. 2. Optimistic and positive, willing to take responsibility and not picky about everything. 3. Be good at rest and have a good sleep. 4. Strong adaptability, able to adapt to various changes in the external environment. 5. Be able to resist the common cold and infectious diseases. 6. Proper weight and symmetrical figure.
