What factors should be considered when establishing and reviewing occupational health and safety objectives?

When establishing and evaluating occupational health and safety objectives, the employer shall consider the following factors: (1) Other provisions of applicable occupational health and safety laws, regulations, rules, national standards and industry standards; (2) the relationship between the overall management policy and objectives of the enterprise and the occupational health and safety objectives; (3) The scale of the enterprise, its qualification activities, its risk characteristics, risk assessment and preventive measures; (4) The past and present occupational health and safety performance of the enterprise; (5) Opinions and suggestions of employees, their representatives and other external interested parties.
