Keywords: higher vocational colleges; Mental health monitoring mechanism; Psychological counseling service system

In recent years, the mental health of higher vocational students has attracted more and more attention from the society. Higher vocational colleges all over the country began to set up their own mental health consultation centers, conducted regular mental health surveys on college students, and formulated a psychological crisis intervention system suitable for their students. Nevertheless, psychological crisis events occur from time to time in colleges and universities, the main reason is that the monitoring mechanism of college students' mental health status is not perfect at present. Therefore, it is an important task to establish a scientific, systematic, perfect and effective mental health monitoring mechanism and psychological counseling service system in higher vocational colleges.

1 Causes of mental health problems of higher vocational students

Although the causes of vocational college students' psychological problems are various and have their own characteristics, an in-depth analysis of the main causes of vocational college students' mental health problems is basically caused by their families, social environment, schools and students themselves.

1. 1 The change of environment has triggered the psychological conflict of college students.

High school students basically live a superior life at home, and when they enter the university, they will suddenly find that the learning and living environment has changed. We should not only arrange our own lives, but also deal with and face many problems by ourselves, such as interpersonal relationship, study, daily life and so on, which brings some students some psychological pressure. In addition, in universities, the criteria for judging students' merits are no longer single, not only academic performance, but also comprehensive ability, such as interpersonal skills, organizational management ability and many other factors. This diversity of standards makes some students feel uncomfortable, resulting in psychological loss and inferiority.

1.2 Higher vocational colleges do not pay enough attention to psychological work.

At present, many higher vocational colleges and their managers do not pay enough attention to students' psychological problems, and think that psychological counseling is mainly aimed at a few students with psychological obstacles, as long as there is no problem. Therefore, the energy input in this area is seriously insufficient, the equipment and training of psychological counselors are not in place, and there is no perfect psychological counseling mechanism, so the setting of psychological counseling institutions has become a decoration.

1.3 psychological problems caused by vocational college students' own factors

Some vocational college students have poor psychological quality. They have a strong sense of imbalance and neglect. They are either sensitive and fragile, taciturn, self-protective, aggressive and even discriminate against each other. The failure of the senior high school entrance examination and the college entrance examination made them give up active learning and become passive and withdrawn; Self-centeredness in school, poor interpersonal skills, weak sense of integrity, and weak sense of unity and cooperation.

1.4 psychological problems of students caused by family factors

Behind every problem student, there is often a problem family or a problem family education. Mainly manifested in the following aspects: family overindulgence, parents value wisdom over morality, family conflicts, family crisis, simple and rude tutoring, and so on.

2. Establish and improve the mental health monitoring mechanism in higher vocational colleges.

2. 1 Establish a mental health problem discovery mechanism.

The subjects who discover students' mental health problems should include all the people who are in close contact with them. A psychological intervention system composed of colleges, counselors, classes and dormitories can be established.

2.2 Establish the transmission mechanism of mental health problems.

The mental health status of college students is not fixed, so it is necessary to reflect the specific situation of problem students to relevant departments in time through a certain transmission mechanism in order to solve the problem as soon as possible. Generally, the bottom-up information transmission method is adopted, that is, the dormitory administrator transmits the information of the problems found to the class psychological committee, which in turn transmits it to the college counselor, and finally the counselor transmits the information to the college mental health center, which makes corresponding professional appraisal and evaluation, and takes corresponding disposal measures according to the actual situation.

2.3 Establish a mechanism to deal with mental health problems.

For problem students, the mental health center should make corresponding professional appraisal and evaluation, make clear whether the specific situation is a mental health problem or a mental illness problem, and then take corresponding measures to ensure that students' psychological problems can be solved in time and effectively at an early stage.

3. Establish and improve the psychological counseling service system in higher vocational colleges.

3. 1 Establish a publicity system for mental health education.

Popularize psychological knowledge to all students and carry out mental health education. We can hold special lectures and training on mental health on a regular basis by offering mental health knowledge courses separately or adding other related courses to psychological education courses. Through school radio, campus network, newspapers and magazines and other media to open columns, popularize psychological knowledge, strengthen publicity, expand publicity breadth, and increase students' understanding and acceptance of mental health care knowledge. Popularize mental health knowledge and prevent psychological problems. Build a mental health website, carry out online consultation service, use psychological DV to shoot, campus psychological drama and so on. Help students to resolve ideological contradictions and psychological obstacles, improve their psychological quality and promote their physical and mental health in an all-round way.

3.2 Establish a mental health consultation and monitoring system.

Carry out students' mental health education, psychological consultation, psychological counseling, psychological crisis intervention and monitoring. Through individual consultation, group consultation, telephone consultation, network consultation, letter consultation, class consultation, psychological behavior training and other forms, timely, effective and high-quality psychological consultation and service are provided for students. It is necessary to do a good job in psychological counseling and counseling for freshmen, fresh graduates, students from poor families, students who are lovelorn, students who are addicted to the Internet, students who violate discipline, students with abnormal personality and abnormal words and deeds, and help them resolve psychological pressure, overcome psychological obstacles, solve problems in time, and avoid the occurrence of vicious incidents on campus. For students or groups with sudden psychological crisis, scientific and effective measures should be taken to provide positive psychological assistance. The construction of mental health monitoring mechanism and psychological counseling service system in higher vocational colleges is a long and tortuous process, which requires constant and ubiquitous attention, all-round and multi-angle efforts, perseverance and unremitting efforts.

Fan Wen-er: Survey of mental health status of primary and secondary school teachers Abstract: This may be because the income of high school teachers is higher than that of primary school teachers, and the educational objects of high school teachers are relatively mature and have strong self-management ability, while the educational objects of primary school teachers are immature in physical and mental development, poor in self-control and security issues are also very important. Most primary school teachers are women. Women not only have work pressure, but also have to take care of children and do housework at home, which will aggravate the mental health of primary school teachers.

First of all, the questions raised

On September 9th, 20 14, I said that the importance of teachers lies in that their work is to shape the soul, life and people. A person is lucky to meet a good teacher, having a good teacher is the glory of the school, and having a steady stream of good teachers is the hope of a nation. ? However, research shows that teachers, especially primary and secondary school teachers, are under great psychological pressure and their mental health is worrying. Wang Jindao's research found that university teachers have the highest level of mental health, followed by middle school teachers and primary school teachers. Heze is located in an economically underdeveloped area in Shandong Province, and it is under great pressure to enter higher education. Lu Heli and other studies have found that the overall mental health status of junior high school teachers and female teachers in economically underdeveloped areas is not optimistic. This study takes primary and secondary school teachers in Heze as the research object, and investigates the mental health status of primary and secondary school teachers.

Second, research objects and tools

1. Research object. In this study, 300 subjects were randomly selected from three high schools, two junior high schools and four primary schools in Heze City, and 268 questionnaires were collected, and 257 were valid, with an effective recovery rate of 85.67%.

2. Research tools. Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) used in this study is the most widely used tool to investigate the psychological status of adults in China. It has 90 items, including 9 factors and one other factor, and adopts a five-level scoring system of 1-5. The reliability coefficient of internal consistency of the questionnaire is 0.984, and the reliability coefficient of each factor questionnaire is between 0.803-0.9 18. The data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 statistical software package.

Third, the statistical results

1. Analysis of the differences between the total score and factor score of mental health of primary and secondary school teachers and the national norm. The total average score of SCL-90 of primary and secondary school teachers in Heze city is significantly different from the national norm, and there is a significant difference in somatization (t = 9.388, P

2. Gender differences in teachers' mental health level. T-test shows that both female teachers and male teachers have paranoia (t=- 1.966, p & gt0.05) and psychosis (t=- 1.4 13, p & gt0.05). There are significant differences in the other seven factors and the total average score, among which female teachers.

3. Analysis of the differences of teachers' mental health in different classes. According to F test, primary school teachers, junior high school teachers and senior high school teachers are not only depressed (F=2.862, p & gt0.05), but also have significant differences in the total average score and other eight factors, among which primary school teachers, junior high school teachers and senior high school teachers are somatization (f = 10.584, P < 0.00 1.

Four. Analysis and discussion

1. General situation of mental health of primary and secondary school teachers. The scores of primary and secondary school teachers in Heze city on SCL-90 are not significantly different from the national norm except for interpersonal sensitivity, but there are significant differences in other factors and the total average score. The mental health status of primary and secondary school teachers in Heze City is worse than the national norm, which is consistent with that of Wang Dianchun. On the one hand, the reason for this result may be that the code was formulated in 1987. With the rapid development of society and the increasingly fierce competition, the mental health status of all adults entering the 2 1 century may deteriorate; Another reason may be that teachers, as a special group, have worse mental health than other adult groups because of the particularity of their work objects and job evaluation.

2. Gender differences in teachers' mental health. This study found that the mental health status of female teachers is worse than that of male teachers, which is consistent with Teng Hebian's research results. This may be related to the greater pressure on female teachers. Female teachers are not only responsible for children's life and study at school, but also take care of children and their families at home, so their mental health is worse than that of male teachers.

3. Mental health level of different students. It is consistent with Wang Jindao's research results, that is, primary school teachers have the biggest psychological problems, followed by junior high school teachers and senior high school teachers have the smallest psychological problems. This may be because the income of high school teachers is higher than that of primary school teachers, and their educational objects are relatively mature and have strong self-management ability, while primary school teachers' educational objects are immature in physical and mental development, poor in self-control, and security issues are also very important. Most primary school teachers are women. Women not only have work pressure, but also have to take care of children and do housework at home, which will aggravate the mental health of primary school teachers. Therefore, the focus of our mental health consultation should be the female teachers in primary schools.
