Free screening for "two cancers" was conducted for nearly 1,000 rural women in our town, which truly reflected the government's policy of benefiting the people. Although the screening coverage rate is not very high, except that many women have no health awareness and regular screening, insufficient publicity and some women want to protect their privacy are the important reasons for the low participation rate of "two cancers" screening.
Folic acid project: In order to strengthen the intervention of birth defects, reduce the incidence of neural tube defects in our district and improve the quality of the birth population, this year, under the leadership of the county health bureau and maternal and child health hospital, folic acid supplementation was implemented in the rural areas of our county to prevent neural tube defects. Under the guidance of the health center, our hospital trained the village-level maternity and child doctors in our town to prevent neural tube defects with folic acid, and made a propaganda draft to the villagers through radio, conducted a thorough investigation on rural women who were preparing for pregnancy and early pregnancy in each village, and distributed leaflets. Inform them to receive folic acid tablets, carry out health education and sign informed consent form, so that patients can correctly understand relevant knowledge and improve the utilization rate and compliance rate of folic acid.
Report: The monthly report is a summary and inspection of the work of the month. The accuracy and authenticity of the report data will affect the quality of our work in a small way and the formulation of our national health policy in a big way. Therefore, our hospital pays strict attention to the quality of reports, strictly implements the reporting system, and checks the reports of villages one by one every month to check the birth situation of epidemic prevention and check whether there are any omissions and logical errors, so as to modify them in time. Ensure the consistency of data reporting at county, township and village levels, and provide scientific basis for decision-making by superior leaders.
File management: the quality of file management is an important standard to measure the quality of maternal and child health care in a region, and it is becoming more and more important. In our hospital, the materials that need to be filed every year are classified and bound according to the content, and they are often read and put into the file box. Its significance lies in making managers and inspectors clear at a glance.
Since the implementation of the project, the construction of rural net-bottom project has been strengthened, and the level of screening, management and treatment of high-risk pregnancy has been improved. In order to facilitate the contact and communication of the three-level network, the village posted a contact number and set up a care group for critically ill pregnant women. Since 20xx, the special allowance for pregnant women in rural areas in our county has been given X yuan, and our hospital strictly controls it, filling out the payment card for pregnant women in all villages in a unified number in time, and registering the list of payment cards for the record, so as to prepare for project supervision and information quality control.
Quality control: The hospital checks village meter cards in batches through monthly meetings and quarterly quality control to urge them to finish their work better. At the end of the year, the leaders of the hospital organized a summary meeting of the town's prevention and protection work, formulated strict scoring standards, scored each other among villages, and rated six advanced ones, which were rewarded by the leaders of the hospital and urged other villages to learn and improve.
