Samsung s4s health can't be opened, how to fix it?

Suggestion:

1. Try to shut down and restart the device.

2. Open phone settings-Application Manager-All -S Health-Try to clear data (note: back up important data in S Health).

3. Replace other environmental testing attempts.

4. If there is an updated version of S Health, please update it and try again.

5. Back up the data and try to restore the factory settings.

6. If the problem still exists, please take the purchase invoice, maintenance card and machine to the nearest Samsung service center for testing.
