When we want to know an event or situation, it is necessary for us to know the situation of the problem, and the results of the investigation are usually presented in the investigation report. Are you at a loss about the investigation report now? The following is a questionnaire survey report on college students staying up late, which I carefully compiled, hoping to help everyone.
I. Introduction
As the saying goes, "Early to bed and early to rise is good for your health", which has certain scientific truth. When people sleep, their consciousness is relatively unclear, and the voluntary movement of muscles stops, thus helping them to recover their physical strength and consolidate their memories. Its importance is second only to breathing and heartbeat, and it is indispensable for maintaining health. A good sleep will keep you awake and energetic the next day.
In view of this, we conducted a sample questionnaire survey on the freshmen and sophomores of Jishou University. The purpose of this activity is to understand the basic situation of students' work and rest in Jishou University, and to publicize the dangers of staying up late and the good habits of going to bed early and getting up early. Although the activity was held for a week, it gained a lot, but the support of the school is urgently needed to change the habit of most students staying up late in Jishou University.
Second, the statistical results
"University staying up late" has become a very common phenomenon in most universities in China, and our Jishou University is no exception. Moreover, after investigation, we found that the phenomenon of staying up late in Jishou University is very serious, with an average of 43.8% staying up more than three days a week, while only 17.5% staying up late.
Third, statistical analysis.
1 and analysis of staying up late
According to the survey, there are two main phenomena: First, staying up too much. Second, everyone stays up late. The proportion of people who sleep after 1 1:00 is 79.2%, which shows that staying up late is very common in our school. The proportion of getting up after 7: 00 is 47.5%, and the proportion of getting up after 7: 30 is 14.4%, indicating that staying up late may lead to getting up late. This survey was held in summer, and everyone got up early. If the weather is cold, then everyone may get up later.
So what's everyone's attitude towards morning reading? According to the survey, 73.3% students think it is necessary to read in the morning, but few students really have the habit of reading in the morning. According to the survey, only 26.3% students have the habit of reading in the morning. Everyone has the idea of reading in the morning, but because they sleep late at night, can't get up or get up very late in the morning, and have no time and energy to read in the morning, they finally have to give up this idea.
Why do people sleep so late? Only 2 1.0% students are studying late, while 79.0% students are playing games, surfing the internet, chatting, watching TV dramas and movies. This data is quite amazing and can be described by one word-"playing with things and getting tired of it." From primary school to junior high school to senior high school, we have been studying hard for our dreams. But as soon as we get to college, we begin to relax ourselves, even aimlessly. In this case, how can our dreams come true? We don't think that we have given up our dreams, but we just can't control ourselves, our hearts are impetuous, and we are easily drawn by external material desires. How do you say this? Because most people want to get rid of the habit of staying up late. The survey shows that 86.9% people want to change this bad habit and return to normal study and rest, because staying up late has great negative effects on physical and mental health, study and work, and 95.9% students know these negative effects.
2. Analysis of measures to get rid of the habit of staying up late.
Everyone thinks that "enriching the life during the day" is a better method, accounting for 60.7%, followed by "the school implements the system of power failure in the dormitory on time", accounting for 22.6%. We focused on investigating everyone's views on "implementing the system of timely power failure in dormitories in schools". There are 4 1.5% students who think that "the system of timely power failure in dormitories in schools" can get rid of most students' habit of staying up late, and 42.6% students think that "the system of timely power failure in dormitories in schools" can't get rid of most people's habit of staying up late. However, 54. 1% students think that they can get rid of the habit of staying up late. It is not difficult to see from everyone's view that "the school implements the dormitory power outage system on time", and most students think that this system can make everyone get rid of the habit of staying up late. For example, "the school implements the system of timely power outage in dormitories", 40.6% of the students think that it is good to power outage before 1 1:30, and 59.6% think that it is good to power outage before11:00. According to the school schedule, we think it is most appropriate to turn off the lights at 1 1: 00.
Four. suggestion
We suggest that the system of timely power failure should be implemented in the dormitory of the school, and the harm of staying up late and the benefits of going to bed early and getting up early should be publicized, so as to change the serious situation of students staying up late in Jishou University.
Specific matters for the school to implement the system of timely power failure in dormitories:
Power outage time: every night 165438+ 0: 00 to 4: 00 the next morning; 51-101without power failure; Every Friday and Saturday 12:00 to 4: 02 am the next day, the power outage range: all the dormitories in each building, the rest of the school as usual, and the corridors and toilets on each floor are not powered off.
Publicize the dangers of staying up late and the benefits of going to bed early and getting up early: schools, youth league committees, student unions, societies, classes, etc. Can organize students to go to bed early and get up early, stay away from staying up late, and do the corresponding publicity work.
Our main suggestion is to implement the system of timely power failure in school dormitories. Although people are more willing to get rid of the habit of staying up late by enriching and enriching their daily life, it requires strong self-control and the cooperation of every classmate in the dormitory. Since most people know the dangers of staying up late, there are still many people who stay up late, which shows that everyone's self-control is not strong enough. Students in a dormitory should get rid of the habit of staying up late together (because sleeping together on time will not affect other students in the dormitory). If not, then the feasibility of this plan is not high.
We think it is very feasible to implement the system of timely power outage in school dormitories, because from the survey results, everyone's support rate is very high. Moreover, many colleges and universities in China have implemented the system of timely power failure in dormitories, with good results, and the phenomenon of college students staying up late has been significantly reduced. Not only that, power failure on time can also save electricity, which is a low-carbon life and fully conforms to the strategy of "energy saving and emission reduction" advocated by the state.
It may bring some problems to implement the system of power failure on time in school dormitories.
Question 1: Everyone has no more time to study and work.
Solution: Our college life is different from high school life. We have more leisure time, during which we can make better use of our time to study and work. And our suggestion is to cut off the power at 1 1:00 at night. If you don't have enough time, you can choose to get up early to increase the daytime.
Question 2: It's very hot in summer, so you should blow the fan at night.
Solution: We suggest not to implement the power outage system on time during the period of 5.1-/kloc-0.1,because it is hot during this period, and everyone has to blow the fan. If there is a power failure, people may stay up late because it is very hot. At other times, the power outage system will be implemented as usual.
Question 3: Mobile phones, computers, MP4s and other electronic products should be charged.
Solution: We have more time during the day, so you can choose to charge at noon or other time.
Question 4: Less entertainment time.
Solution: We suggest to cut off power every Friday and Saturday 12:00.
Question 5: There may be potential safety hazards when power is cut off on time.
Solution: We suggest that only the system of timely power failure in dormitory should be implemented, and the dormitory road will not be blacked out.
