In order to thoroughly implement the decisions and deployments of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on doing a good job of the "six stabilizers" in the prevention and control of normalized epidemics, comprehensively implementing the tasks of the "six guarantees", expanding investment in strategic emerging industries, and fostering new growth points and poles of growth, the State Council has decided that it is necessary for the State Council to establish the "Six Stabilizers", which are the most important and important industries in China.
One, the overall requirements
