(1) be responsible for the systematic health care management of maternity and children;
(2) carry out census of women's diseases and prevention and treatment of common diseases of women and children;
(3) provide technical guidance and services in family planning;
(4) manage and issue the "Birth Certificate";
(5) be responsible for women's and children's health care;
(6) be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious and endemic diseases and chronic non-infectious diseases; and
(v) managing basic information on women's and children's health care services and health status. Article XI township health centers shall do a good job in the jurisdiction of infectious disease outbreaks, food poisoning, drug hazards and other public **** health emergencies, registration, reporting, and take timely measures to assist disease prevention and control agencies to do a good job in the daily monitoring and early warning of health emergencies and control of public **** health events.
