Research on risk management measures of imported testing equipment for risk managers and institutions

[Abstract] Based on the characteristics of the imported testing equipment project in public institutions and the main risks identified by the current scientific research management status, this paper discusses the risk management measures of the main risk factors in public institutions, and suggests that the technology introduction management mechanism of public institutions should increase the project risk management content, establish a long-term internal project management mechanism in combination with the testing advantages of public institutions, and take appropriate risk response measures to reduce or avoid the risks of the imported testing equipment project.

In the feasibility evaluation stage of the testing equipment introduction project, the market competition of the testing equipment introduction should be fully investigated. During the installation and commissioning stage, the inspection equipment introduction project team must strengthen the implementation of risk countermeasures as planned and complete the project as soon as possible. The shorter the acceptance time of imported testing equipment and the earlier the operation time, the smaller the competition risk of market demand.
