When the oxygen supply device is included, the oxygen supply device is prohibited to be carried on board.
V. Sanitizers
1. Alcohol-based sanitizers
Most hand sanitizers contain a high concentration of alcohol (anhydrous ethanol).
Alcohol with a volume percentage content of >70% cannot be checked in, nor can it be hand-carried or carried.
Sanitizers containing ≤70% alcohol by volume percentage cannot be hand-carried or carried on board, but can be checked in, and should be placed in retail packages of no more than 500 mL per bottle, with reasonable quantities allowed for personal self-use.
For alcohol disinfectant pads or alcohol disinfectant swabs sealed in independent small packages, if the alcohol liquid has been completely absorbed, there is no free liquid, and the package is intact, the passenger must be used for personal use during the air journey due to medical needs, after the security check before being allowed to carry-on.
There are also some products on the market that are labeled alcohol-free, but may contain isopropyl alcohol. Isopropyl alcohol is a flammable liquid and cannot be checked in, hand-carried or carried.
2. Hydrogen peroxide disinfectant
Also known as hydrogen peroxide disinfectant, commercialized products are commonly found in concentrations of 3%-25%. It cannot be checked in, hand-carried or carried.
3. Peroxyacetic acid disinfectant
Marketed products, the content of peroxyacetic acid is mostly in the range of 15%-20%. Higher concentrations of peroxyacetic acid disinfectants carry the risk of explosion. It cannot be checked in, hand-carried or carried around.
4. 84 disinfectant
This is a highly effective disinfectant based on aqueous sodium hypochlorite, marketed products, the effective chlorine content of 4.0%-6.5%, belonging to the air transport of dangerous goods, can not be consigned, and can not be hand-carried or carry-on.
5. Chlorine disinfectant tablets, disinfectant effervescent tablets
Based on the different ingredients are divided into: trichloroisocyanuric acid, dichloroisocyanuric acid, dichloroisocyanuric acid sodium salt, dichloroisocyanuric acid salt or a mixture of chlorine dioxide and so on. The products sold on the market are solid, similar to pills, but they are all dangerous goods for air transportation, and cannot be checked in, hand-carried or carried.
6. Bleaching powder
is a mixture of calcium hydroxide, calcium chloride, calcium hypochlorite, its main ingredient is calcium hypochlorite, the effective chlorine content of 30% -38%, belonging to the air transport of dangerous goods, can not be consigned, can not be hand-held or carry-on.
7. Potassium permanganate disinfectant tablets
Potassium permanganate content of 85% -95%, belonging to the air transport of dangerous goods, can not be checked, and can not be hand-carried or carry-on.
8. Povidone-iodine
Povidone-iodine is a complex of iodine and certain surfactants, and is a low to medium potency disinfectant. Povidone iodine for medical use is usually low in concentration (1% or less) and cannot be hand-carried or carried on board a plane, but can be checked in, and should be placed in retail packages not exceeding 500 mL per bottle, allowing a reasonable amount to be checked in for personal use.
For povidone-iodine disinfectant swabs sealed in separate small packages, if there is no free liquid and the package is intact, when passengers must use them for their own use during the air journey due to medical needs, they are allowed to be carried on board only after security check.
Six, thermometer
There are different types of thermometers, and the requirements for carrying them on air travel are also different.
The mercury thermometer can not be carried, can only be checked in, each person is allowed to carry a thermometer, and must be placed in a protective box mercury thermometer.
Electronic thermometers containing lithium batteries, lithium batteries rated energy not more than 100 Wh or lithium content of not more than 2 grams, in a good job to prevent short-circuiting, to prevent accidental startup, to prevent damage to the premise as well as complete shutdown, can be carried on board.
VII. Self-heating food
There are many types of self-heating food, including instant hot pot, instant rice and self-heating drinks.
Since self-heating food contains heating packets or self-heating packets, containing magnesium powder and iron powder that release flammable gases in contact with water, spontaneous combustion of solid charcoal or corrosive calcium oxide and other dangerous products, this heating packet or self-heating packet is prohibited.
Travelers who remove the heating pack or self-heating pack beforehand can carry the rest of the food, but if it is packaged together with self-heating food, it cannot be checked in, nor can it be hand-carried or carried on the person
