Small class teaching plan, my label, teaching reflection is here

Chapter one: Reflection on the teaching of "finding friends" in small class music activities;

"Looking for Friends" is the first song I learned at the beginning of the semester, because it is the most familiar song, but considering that the lyrics are too long, it seems difficult to put it in the nursery. Therefore, learning from the words of the parent-child class teacher, "many Song teachers can boldly adapt and become the songs they want", so they boldly adapted the lyrics of the song "Finding Friends". (Q) Looking for eyes. Where are your eyes? (1) Here, here, my eyes are here! ) I hope this way can improve your baby's interest in learning! However, after repeated singing for 3-4 times, it was found that individual children's attention began to decline, showing abnormal emotions. When I want to cry, I immediately add some onomatopoeia, expressions and language according to the organs I hit. (for example, looking for your mouth, where is your mouth? Here, here, my big mouth is here, ah-) make the organs displayed more vivid and concrete, and attract children's attention at the same time.

Unexpectedly, this method is very effective. The children's attention was suddenly concentrated, and their small eyes, mouth and hands began to move, talking together, watching together and moving together, learning seriously and happily. Through this method, I understand a truth. You can't completely copy the old photos in kindergarten courses in the future. I need to master the teaching mode randomly and flexibly, on the premise of satisfying and attracting children's interest! Only in this way can babies learn happily, learn happily and gain something!

Chapter two: Reflection on small-class mathematics teaching activities.

Recently, our garden organized three excellent courses of mathematical activities. Before that, we organized three excellent courses: language activities and scientific activities. This is the first time for children in small classes. I chose a math activity shorter than my height.

First of all, from the selection of materials for this activity, I let my children have a preliminary concept of their own weight and thinness in advance, and then learn the newly taught skills by transferring their own experience: comparing the height of children. The demonstration teaching aid I prepared is four giraffes standing at different heights, and there is a big sorting board. The operating materials for children are four rabbits and four kittens of different heights, and each hand has a small sorting board.

The materials and teaching AIDS are ready, and the next step is to make a further analysis of the whole mathematical activity. For example, in the lead-in activities, small class children's attention is easily distracted. At this time, teachers' appropriate lead-in activities can stimulate children's curiosity and interest in learning, and encourage them to actively use their brains to analyze and solve problems. In the activity of "Giraffe Than Children", I first showed the tallest giraffe and said, "Today, a giraffe came to our class as a guest. Let's applaud. " The children were attracted at once, and then I showed them to three other giraffes, and the children listened with relish. I threw another question for the children to think about: "When our children go out for a walk or play, they all line up, but these four giraffes don't line up. Who wants to help them line up? " Please ask some children to come up and operate, and other children are also watching attentively.

The children's attention was attracted, and my activity invisibly went to the next link: let the children observe the giraffes in a row and tell them in what order. Some children answer from high to short, but most children say from big to small. Grasping this point, I will guide the children in time and tell them to say high or short, and don't say big or small when they say short. In this section, the goal I want to achieve is to instill in children the concept of distinguishing the tallest, tallest, shortest and shortest, so that children can have such awareness at first, and they can also use these words to name each giraffe. So, when a child answers in the order from big to small, although I corrected it in time, I didn't give the child a detailed explanation, because in the next link, I will let them pass a game. I found three children of different sizes to stand with me, standing in a row from high to low. When I asked, "Look who is the tallest?" The children replied in unison, "The teacher is the tallest." Then guide the children to say high, short and shortest in turn. In this way, after a series of questions, most children can make these words clear. At the end of this section, I made a summary and told the children, whether children or small animals, to stand up and compare their height. Like we are sitting in a small chair now, we can't see the height, only the size. Children's conclusions with teachers through personal experience are better than teachers' direct preaching, and children can accept them quickly. Every link in the activities here is closely linked.

It's children's turn to operate. I first introduced the operation materials: there are four sorting boards, four kittens and four rabbits with different heights. I demonstrated how to queue up on the blackboard, guiding children to queue up from high to low, or from short to high. Finally, explain the operation requirements: when small animals line up, you can't mix two kinds of small animals together, but tell their height while waiting in line. Unexpectedly, when the children were waiting in line, they seemed to forget what I just said. They just looked at the kitten and rabbit and put them on the sorting board after reading them. I also found that most children can do what I asked, and a few children are still in chaos, but almost no one said anything about height. Later, I thought to myself, if I can repeat the height of the child several times when I demonstrate the operation materials, the child will remember it deeply.

Although this activity was introduced smoothly, I was careless when the children operated it. I should spend more time with children in small classes, but in future activities, I have gained a little more experience and accumulated the shortcomings in each activity, striving for better and better!
