Generally speaking, there are four main causes of cancer:
The first aspect is lifestyle, including eating habits, alcohol and tobacco.
The second aspect is heredity;
The third aspect is psychological and emotional factors;
The fourth aspect is environmental factors.
Generally speaking, these four factors can be divided into two categories, one is under our control and the other is beyond our control.
Genetic factors, because genes have been set at birth, can not be controlled and can not be changed;
Environmental factors are also difficult to control. For example, the air pollution here is serious. Even if you move to the Himalayas, the bag of flour you eat may come from polluted areas, so environmental factors are difficult to control.
Unfortunately, most of us blame the cause of cancer on factors beyond our control.
So I encourage everyone to pay attention to the factors that we can control, including lifestyle, eating habits and psychological factors. This is a more positive way.
According to the survey of Harvard University, prostate cancer accounts for 75%, rectal cancer accounts for 70%, breast cancer, endometrial cancer, pancreatic cancer and so on. In these large cancers, dietary factors account for at least 50%.
