Open the health box software on the mobile phone, click on My Personal Center, submit the reason, unbind the identity authentication, and select System Settings to apply for account cancellation.
1. Click on my mobile phone number to verify login to the Health Box app, and click on mine in the lower right corner.
2, authentication, click on the identity authentication project.
3. Unbind information and click Unbind Personal Information.
