Overview and standards of sports and health
The relationship between sports and health "sports" and "health" are two different concepts, but they are internally related. The word "physical education" has a broad and narrow definition in the book "School Physical Education". At the end of its explanation, it means to enhance physical fitness and promote health through physical exercise. The definition of the word health, the World Health Organization has put forward that "health is not only the absence of disease and physical weakness, but also a good state of maintaining physical, mental and social adaptation." As we all know, there are many factors that affect health, such as heredity, natural environment, education, living habits, personality psychology, nutrition, physical exercise, social and cultural environment and so on. Among many influencing factors, physical exercise is the most positive factor to promote health. Scientific physical exercise can not only enhance the immune function of human organs and systems, but also comprehensively promote the metabolism and normal development of the body. It can also temper the will, cultivate self-confidence, improve the ability to resist setbacks, cultivate good temperament, and enhance social and adaptability. Citing the fact that "taking part in physical exercise is helpful to improve health and reduce the occurrence of diseases", we can affirm the relationship between sports and health. The existence of physical exercise is the need of physical health, and physical health itself is manifested as the state of physical exercise. Physical exercise or exercise is another form of good health. The understanding of the curriculum standards of physical education and health is different in different times, different social backgrounds and different countries. From the existing relevant literature and media, we can know that the understanding of curriculum has surpassed the traditional understanding of "curriculum schedule". Professor Li Bingde once put forward that "curriculum is the content outline and target system of classroom teaching, extracurricular learning and self-study activities. It is the overall planning and process of teaching and students' various learning activities. "The understanding of the course" Physical Education and Health "can't be limited to the physical education teaching class stipulated in the syllabus of physical education and health, but should be understood from its ideological connotation. The new syllabus defines the guiding ideology of "health first", and its curriculum standards define the nature of physical education and health courses as compulsory courses with physical exercise as the main means and improving the health of primary and secondary school students as the main purpose. It has deepened the reform of the original physical education curriculum and integrated the contents of health education. From the comprehensive level of students' overall physical and mental harmony and active development with the core of improving students' brains, it embodies the guiding ideology of health first, including the complete combination of students' physiological, psychological and social factors. Focusing on the guiding ideology of "health first", the new curriculum standard constructs a curriculum goal system which includes five learning areas and three curriculum goal levels. The progressive relationship of the three levels is curriculum goal-domain goal-level goal, but the curriculum goal does not stipulate specific teaching content and requirements, in other words, the goal dominates the content. In terms of content, all regions, schools, teachers and students have great choices and space. As long as teachers adopt effective teaching methods, they can achieve the goals stipulated in the curriculum standards. At the same time, the new curriculum standards have also established an evaluation system. People-oriented, respect individual differences and emphasize students' participation in the evaluation process. Students' attitudes, behaviors, physical fitness and skills progress are all included in the evaluation scope. To a great extent, it has improved students' dominant position in learning and promoted students' interest in learning. It has changed the past phenomenon that some people run fast but don't practice well, and some people can't do it without practicing.
