Test Report on "Students' Physical Health Standard"
The promulgation and implementation of "Students' Physical Health Standards" is an important measure for the Ministry of Education and the State Sports General Administration to actively implement the central government's decision on deepening education reform and comprehensively implementing quality education and the State Council's decision on the reform and development of basic education. It is the guiding ideology of "health first" in schools, the concrete embodiment of strengthening school physical education, the educational means to promote the healthy development of students' physique, and the educational means to encourage students to actively participate in physical exercise. Therefore, our school attaches great importance to the implementation of "Students' Physical Health Standards". The implementation of "Students' Physical Health Standards" in our school is summarized as follows:
First, actively publicize, raise awareness and strengthen management.
From the beginning of the semester, through raising the national flag, doing exercises between classes, radio stations, blackboard newspapers, etc., the test items and exercise methods of the Standard are regularly publicized and educated to help students understand the meaning of health and the purpose of exercise. Let students know that only by insisting on regular exercise can they strengthen their physique and improve their health. At the same time, a leading group for standard work in our school was established. The head of the team is the principal, the deputy heads are Zhao Invent, Zhang and Zhang, and the team members are composed of the class teacher and the PE teacher. The members of the leading group have a clear division of labor, and at the same time, they have formulated a standard test plan and work focus, requiring all classes and schools to conduct test evaluation in strict accordance with the requirements, and collect, count and report the test results in time.
Second, pay attention to the effect and combine various sports activities.
The quality of standard implementation depends not only on the test results, but also on the process of carrying out activities. If the activities are carried out well, the effect of students' active participation will be good, otherwise the effect will be poor. Our school combines the Standard with physical education teaching, extracurricular sports activities and sports competitions. It has achieved twice the result with half the effort. There are 60 students in class one, 17 excellent students, 18 good students, and 25 qualified students. Excellent rate is 28.3%, excellent rate is 58.3%, and the pass rate is 100%.
There are 43 students in 9 classes and 2 classes, of which 16 is excellent, 14 is good, and 13 is qualified. The excellent rate was 37.2%, the excellent rate was 69.8%, and the pass rate was 100%.

Third, carefully organize the examination.
Testing is a complicated link in the process of standard implementation. Due to the lack of testing equipment in our school, our school conducted a placement test for all students, and each class was tested for one day. Testers are arranged by our school in a unified way, physical education teachers in each class report the test results statistically, and the physical education group conducts unified training for testers before the test. Ensure the smooth progress of the test.

2, the examination form and content
The items that need equipment testing are tested by the testing group, and other items are tested by the PE teacher of this class. According to the actual situation of our school, the test contents are boys 1000m, standing long jump, height standard weight, vital capacity standard weight, grip strength standard weight, girls 1000m, standing long jump, height standard weight, vital capacity standard weight and grip strength standard weight.
Four, data collection, collation, analysis and preservation
We have properly kept the original data and statistical data of the test to record the test and evaluation results of each academic year, and put them into the student files after graduation.
In a word, although this experiment has made some achievements, there are still some shortcomings, so we should try our best to overcome them, develop our strengths and reach new heights in the future work.
